If you’re uninsured, we encourage you to call our office to learn more about our Wellness Plan. Once you pay your set annual enrollment fee (which is less compared to average premiums), you’ll receive access to basic services to help keep your smile healthy, as well as exclusive discounts on restorative dental work. As soon as you sign up, you’ll be able to access your benefits!

Preventative Care Plan

Includes
  • 2 preventative cleanings
  • 2 routine dental exams
  • all necessary dental x-rays
    (excluding CT scans and cephalometric images)
  • one emergency exam
  • 2 applications of fluoride varnish at cleaning visits
  • 10% savings on restorative dental work
    (crowns, fillings, extractions, dentures)

Periodontal Care Plan

Includes
  • 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings
  • 2 routine dental exams
  • all necessary dental x-rays (excluding CT scans and cephalometric images)
  • one emergency exam
  • 2 applications of fluoride varnish at cleaning visits
  • 10% savings on restorative dental work
    (crowns, fillings, extractions, dentures)
